xbajr Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and xbajr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the xbajr website, mobile site, games, sports betting services, promotions and all other features available at https://xbajr.org and its associated domains.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any part of the xbajr platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

xbajr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use xbajr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbajr operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit minors to register or wager under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the xbajr platform or any affiliated service.
• You must have a valid Bangladesh mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk or Airtel) for account verification purposes.

xbajr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts may be suspended pending the outcome of any identity verification review.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one account on the xbajr platform. Creating duplicate, linked or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account details with any other person.
• You must notify xbajr support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• xbajr reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotions is detected or suspected.
• Account balances are non-transferable. You may not transfer funds between xbajr accounts or to another user's account.
• xbajr will use the contact information you provide, including your registered mobile number, for all account-related communications. It is your responsibility to keep this information current.

xbajr implements security measures including SSL encryption to protect your account data. However, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on xbajr are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbajr supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No international payment methods or currency conversions are required or supported.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. xbajr reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of identity verification checks.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but xbajr aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) in connection with a deposit or withdrawal are your responsibility. xbajr does not impose its own transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals.
• xbajr reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into an account as part of its fraud prevention and responsible gaming obligations.

In the event that a deposit is made in error, you must contact xbajr support as soon as possible. xbajr will use reasonable endeavours to return erroneous deposits but cannot guarantee recovery once funds have been wagered.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

xbajr offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions applicable across all promotions are set out below:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier is displayed clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address or payment account unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• xbajr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus funds that have been obtained through abuse of promotions or where a user has breached these Terms.
• Free spins are valid only on the specified game(s) listed in the promotion and carry an expiry period stated at the time of issue. Unused free spins that expire are forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

xbajr reviews promotional campaigns regularly and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion, bonus scheme or reward programme at any time with or without prior notice to affected users.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers and other gaming activity on xbajr are subject to the rules of the applicable game or market. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, xbajr's decision shall be final and binding.

• All bets are final once confirmed. xbajr does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure, network disruption or system error during a game or sporting event, xbajr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• xbajr uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems supplied by its game providers. The outcomes of all RNG-based casino games are determined independently of xbajr's platform and cannot be influenced by any party.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbajr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false personal details during registration.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing promotions by hedging bets, cycling bonus funds through low-risk wagers or exploiting any technical error or software vulnerability on the platform.
• Using the account of another person or allowing another person to use your account, whether for personal gain or otherwise.

xbajr employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, xbajr will act promptly and reserves the right to take legal action where warranted.

8 Responsible Gaming

xbajr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to protect vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders free of charge:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from account settings.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

9 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the xbajr platform without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xbajr platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to any resale or commercial use of the platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following:

• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform, whether planned or unplanned, including as a result of technical failures, maintenance periods or circumstances beyond xbajr's control.
• Any losses suffered as a result of a player's own gambling decisions, including any loss of funds wagered on the platform.
• Any loss arising from the use of inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user during registration or the KYC process.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

xbajr reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xbajr will notify users via the platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the xbajr platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
